Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you wear.
If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.

To initiate a return, email returns@oodman.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item back to our Lagos store 

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Note: For hygiene reasons, accessories, underwear, and fragrances cannot be returned.
