Shipping policy
At Ood, we take pride in getting your order to you quickly and securely.
Every item is carefully checked, packed, and shipped from our Lagos location to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5PM may be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your package ships.
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated dispatch date shown at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeline

Lagos deliveries: typically arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Outside Lagos: usually 2–5 working days, depending on the city.

Pre-order items: delivery dates may vary; you’ll always be updated by email if there’s a change.
We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery across Nigeria.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, Ood may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Ood is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
You can monitor your delivery status directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal or by contacting orders@oodman.com.
5. Failed Deliveries or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Re-delivery fees will apply.
If unclaimed after 7 days, your order may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs).
6. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Nigeria.
If you’re outside Nigeria and would like to place an order, please contact orders@oodman.com before checkout so we can explore available delivery options.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@oodman.com.
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
