Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy — Ood Man
At Ood, every order is prepared with attention and speed to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Please read the following before placing your order.
1. Purchase Options
You can shop with us:

In-store at Ood Man, Lagos.

Online via oodman.com using secure checkout powered by Paystack or other approved gateways.

Pre-order (for select items): Payment confirms reservation. Pre-order dates are estimated and may vary slightly based on production or logistics.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices or promotions without prior notice.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email or SMS.
If you don’t receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact orders@oodman.com before attempting a second purchase to avoid duplicate charges.
3. Order Changes & Cancellation
Because we move quickly to prepare and ship, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order — provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation:

Email orders@oodman.com with your order number and “CANCEL ORDER” as the subject line.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. You may still return it after delivery (see our Return Policy).
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

An item is out of stock,

There is a pricing or listing error,

Payment cannot be verified,

Or fraudulent activity is suspected.
You will be notified immediately, and any payment will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.
4. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
Cancellation of a pre-order is accepted only before the product ships. Once shipped, normal return rules apply.
If production or delivery timelines change, we’ll notify you by email.
5. Failed or Rejected Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us.
We can reship after confirming the correct address, but additional delivery fees will apply.
6. Refund Timelines
Refunds for approved cancellations or returns are processed through your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
